With extensive knowledge of the asset and having completed numerous capital works in 530 Collins Street, The GPT group engaged Accuraco to undertake an extensive refurbishment on these two levels which are due to be vacated in mid-2017.

Level 7 & 8 at 530 Collins Street will be vacated early 2017, therefore in order to attract potential tenants The GPT Group is proceeding with the refurbishment of all tenanted spaces, lift lobbies and amenities on these two levels.

The works are proposed to be completed to improve the tenant appeal of the floors and assist in the re-leasing of the space following the vacation of the Bank of Melbourne.

The Project objectives included: attracting tenant(s) to both levels 7 & 8, upgrading amenities to the quality seen in other levels at 530 Collins Street, removing design issues identified within previous refurbishments and providing a cost effective refurbishment.

The scope of works being designed and managed by Accuraco includes: the make good of the tenanted spaces, the upgrade of the amenities in both the podium and tower on levels 7 & 8, inclusion of an accessible Toilet to level 7 tower and level 8 podium and refurbishment of the second lift lobby.
