Accuraco have been appointed to Project Manage the Design, Procurement and Construction Delivery of the redevelopment of the 530 Collins St foyer and retail zones. Spaning a full city block, the 530 Collins St asset comprises a 66,000m2 commercial tower and extensive ground plane office, retail and Food and Beverage offerings. To ensure the continued performance of the asset, the full ground and mezzanine zones of the asset will be redeveloped and revitalised.

In order to ensure the ongoing long-term performance of the 530 Collins St Asset, The GPT Group identified the requirement to revitalise and modernise the ground plane of the building. Comprising a brief to enhance and modernise the intrinsic grandeur of the original structure, the team have worked tirelessly to develop a design that is sympathetic to the original architecture, but also addresses the expectations of modern office life

Supplementing the office functionality, the asset also comprises an extensive Retail and Food & Beverage offering within the adjoining Podium building. Central to the project will be the redevelopment of this zone and the replacement of the full Lt Collins St façade. Through this work, GPT will reactivate the Lt Collins St frontage of the asset, boosting tenant appeal.

Through a comprehensive procurement process, the work will be delivered via a Design and Construct contract, based upon a highly developed design package
