Parks Victoria engaged Accuraco to Project Manage the relocation of their Office & Depot to Albert Park lake, located 3km from Melbourne, CBD.
The new office and Depot is to provide Parks Victoria with the functional requirements needed by the organization, whilst minimizing the reduction of parkland space within the park precinct. The new development also reflects Parks Victoria’s brand and provides a vision of key facilities to suit Parks Victoria’s future Office and Depot needs.
The development is to be considerate of all environmental needs and at the same time be functional, aesthetically pleasing and provide value for money.
Accuraco is providing full project management services to Parks Victoria from the initial briefing through to the final delivery. Accuraco has to date managed the design, documentation and public tender process for the awards of the works.
Working within tight time frames and budget constraints, Accuraco has recognized the need to deliver a quality product that will last for years to come and is pleased to be working with Parks Victoria to achieve this
The Project is expected to be completed in December 2018.
