Engaged by The GPT Group to project manage the design and construction of the new Space & Co co-working facility on level 3, 530 Collins Street Melbourne, Accuraco successfully delivered another project for The GPT group located in the heart of Melbourne’s corporate precinct.

Space & Co provide professional and creative workspaces for entrepreneurs, small businesses and project teams. After successfully launching their first facility at Melbourne Central, our client decided to offer a second option to the Melbourne market.

The client requested a modern, streamlined fit out, with the design scope leaning towards a more industrial look. The site offers larger areas for meetings rather than the traditional small office option. The space also links directly to the cafe for a more informal space for “break-out” meetings.
