Accuraco was engaged to project manage the new build of End of Trip (EOT) facilities at Melbourne Central Tower which is occupied by blue chip, banking and Government tenants.

In order to remain competitive within the commercial leasing market, theclient commissioned the new build of the EOT facilities. They also recognised the importance of EOT in the decision criteria for new incoming and existing tenants in keeping in line with commercial tenancy market trends.

The scope of works were as follows:

  • New male and female change rooms
  • 29 new shower facilities
  • 580 new lockers
  • New ironing stations
  • Drying cupboards
  • 400 new bicycle racks
  • 2 new bicycle maintenance units and pumps

EOT is a facility that future proofs the building for extended leasing potential. It covers the growing need for people who want to exercise – ride or run during work hours and those commuting to work by bicycle – bringing a new level of tenancy enjoyment to the commercial building. Accuraco worked closely with the client, architects (Gray Puksand) and contractors (Schiavello) to ensure the new facility provided modern, state of the art facilities for the tenants.

The project was successfully delivered to the The GPT Group in August 2015.
