Each of the projects were procured through a range of methods including Design and Construct, Agreement for Lease and Construction Management. His role has often been to solve problems and work with projects under pressure to ensure their delivery.

In recent years, Cameron has delivered a range of projects for various Government organisation’s, such as Department of Defence, Parks Victoria, Latrobe University and Kangan Batman TAFE. These project have been varied in their scope with a mix of commercial construction and very specialist works such as training facilities, firing ranges and Christmas light installation.

Most recently Cameron led a team that delivered a range of civil and public space repairs to the Grampians National Park. The scope included the scoping, procurement and delivery of over 800km of roads, several walking trails, foot and road bridges and visitor sites located throughout the park, often in remote locations. The repairs took over 18 months and 30 different contracts to complete the works. Given the location and environment, issues such as community, environment, local authorities and indigenous heritage all required management. Cameron relished the task of getting in there and finding solutions with the teams for these projects.
