Engaged by The GPT Group to project manage the design and construction of the new Space &
Co co-working facility on level 22, 2 Southbank Boulevard, Accuraco successfully delivered this
project incorporating separate offices and cafe.

The client brief and aesthetic style followed the proven themes within other recently completed fitouts embracing the classic mix of luxury finishes sided by side with polished raw exposed services and concrete lift cores.
The floor offers multiple sized meeting spaces and a mixture of private and semiprivate
working spaces. The floor itself is positioned on a transition level within the level and consequently the separately built front of house public café has been embraced by the building occupants with gusto.

The scope of works included:

• Demolition of existing tenancy
• Construction of office co-working
environment, including meeting rooms,
breakout areas, and collaborative zones
• Furniture Procurement;
• New dedicated public café;
• Installation and upgrade of building
services, including Mechanical,
Electrical, Communications, Security
and Hydraulics.
